Panopticon Documentation

One of my primary responsibilities on the Panopticon project was that of writing and maintaining documentation for mechanical systems. My primary goal was to create an easy to reference list of requirements for my team. To that end, I separated the requirements so individuals of specific disciplines could easily find the information that is relevant.
